Applicants should be aware that certain felony convictions prior to entry or during the course of the educational program could make them ineligible for licensure . Therefore they may be unable to work in their desired healthcare field. Please direct any concerns to your desired program's accrediting body before continuing the application.

If necessary, additional secondary and postsecondary information as well as employment history can be provided to the admissions department after the application is completed.

A $35.00 non-refundable application fee must be submitted in order to process this application. Check or money order can be made out to Conemaugh School of Nursing & Allied Health.
